By downloading or using Lunari Sleep Coach (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Lunari offers a "Lunari+" premium subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless strictly canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
LUNARI IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. The App provides coaching and gamification based on general wellness principles. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition (such as sleep apnea or insomnia). Always seek the advice of a physician for medical conditions.
You agree not to misuse the "Tribe" features to harass others or manipulate the game economy. We designate the right to ban accounts found cheating or engaging in toxic behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunari Sleep Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising arising out of your use of the App.
