Lunari Sleep Coach ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide our services:

• Health Data: With your permission, we read sleep analysis and activity data from Apple HealthKit to calculate your Sleep Score and Game XP. This data is processed locally or securely on our servers solely for game mechanics and is never sold to third parties.
• Audio Data: If you enable the "Snore & Talk Lab", the App records audio locally on your device to detect snoring. These recordings are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to generate an AI analysis.
• Journal Entries: Text you enter into the Dream Journal is stored securely. If you use the Dreamscape Cinema feature, anonymized text prompts are sent to our AI providers to generate images/videos.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide sleep analysis and coaching.
• To power the gamification features (XP, Tribe contributions).
• To improve the App's personalized recommendations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Google Firebase) and AI providers (OpenAI, Replicate) strictly for delivering App functionality.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Your health data is treated with the highest sensitivity.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the App's Settings menu. You can also revoke HealthKit permissions via your device settings.
